Hi, I am ready to begin getting healthy. I am 46, overweight, and hypothyroid. I used myfitnesspal before with great success. I should have never stopped. I walk every day and eat generally pretty healthily, but I have a late night snacking problem, and grazing without thinking throughout the day. I am hoping to learn to eat better by tracking, and by the wise advice that I hope to get from you all out there. I want to step up my activity goals as well, from walking to perhaps couch to 5K and or strength training. Add me as a friend!
