Hi guys

New to this app - looking to build an athletic body with emphasis on long term health. Currently cutting 250 calories a day and working out 6 times a week. 2 x weights, 2 x MMA club, 1 x Yoga class.
34 years old and interested in people who are similarly doing the same... Or willing to help people who are brand new to nutrition or losing weight
