[Hi everyone! I'm new to this app. I have been trying to lose weight since the beginning of this year. I have lost approximately 8 lbs since January! I am now more determined and committed to this goal. I want to feel good about myself and most importantly be healthy. I am going to do a low carb diet. I'm 28, 5'2 and approximately 154 lbs. My first goal weight is 130 lbs. I will greatly appreciate any tips or suggestions. Also, any friends!
