    I just try to eat less Fat and carbs. Replacing them with spinach or veggies :) but that's pretty much it for now. And that nice!! I only did bike for 7 minutes lol just the warm up for a leg and Booty workout

    I've been Great i don't think I've ate to bad expect for yesterday that we had a family dinner and they served my plate and it was to much but it was Good lol besides that I haven't checked my weight since I don't have a scale beside the gym. And you?
