Help with Calories

Ok, so I've tried this a couple of times. I'm male 60, 225 5'7" I sit at a desk most of the day. When not at work I am active, mowing the lawn, raking, walking, painting etc. I exercise 3x a week in a high intensity program. I have a hard time setting my activity level. MY target calories today is 1760 by the program. I have lost 7 lbs and have stopped again (this has happened before). I'm wondering if I am not eating enough. Where is the best place to get this "caloric" type of information?
