Maltodextrin or waxy maize post workout to replenish glycogen stores which works better?. I usally just have a proyein shake ana a banana post workout but thinking of using a higher gi carb to replenish

    After a workout, I usually have dinner.

    What kind of workouts are we talking about?

    General Jane and Joe training? Look at overall daily intake.

    Elite level training where it may come in to play? You'd have your answer already.
