One important rule to my success?

So this might sound weird to some of you but this is my own personal belief speaking from experience....One way to help you succeed with your diet and exercise is to stay positive. If you wake up in the morning on the wrong side of the bed well try like hell to turn that around? Having a positive outlook can change your whole day for the better. If your having negative thoughts or feelings your going to have a rough day and project negativity throughout your day. It's like if you believe in karma you try to do everything you can from having karma come your way same thing with your thinking. What you project into the universe comes back to you...Karma
