Workout

Has anyone else just been too tired to workout? The last 2 days we were so busy that I haven't worked out as much.

    Although I was tired due to work, I still forced myself to the gym.

    Last couple of days have been OK, but yesterday was a 14 mile run, it always hard for me to force a workout the day after, even though I feel better if I do something. Planning a noon yoga class to pamper myself.

    I have been there but usually I put on my workout gear and start with 10 mins. If I am too tired then I stop, most days I finish my workout

    KaleChipz has it right - just say you'll do a few minutes. Greg Brookes (gbpersonaltraining.com) has fabulous 4 minute workout ideas on his site, or you can just do anything for a few minutes. If you're really tired, you stop. Usually it feels good and you keep going. Hope you feel full of energy soon!

    Even on my most exhausting days, I make myself at least take a 30 minute brisk walk.
