What are your opinions guys , my goal is losing weight,burn fats, lower my bf % and my muscles not so big or bulky just small or solid or lean,

Mix of both.
Your muscles won't get big or bulky (depending on your definition of "bulky" I guess). Diet controls that.0 -
I think a combination of both is best, also include stretching.
