Which is better Cardio,Lifting or Both?

What are your opinions guys , my goal is losing weight,burn fats, lower my bf % and my muscles not so big or bulky just small or solid or lean,

    Mix of both.

    Your muscles won't get big or bulky (depending on your definition of "bulky" I guess). Diet controls that.

    I think a combination of both is best, also include stretching.

    A rounded exercise routine is best for overall health, makes you less bored.

    Any fitness regimen worth it's salt is going to incorporate elements of both. Specific fitness goals will dictate priority, intensity, duration, etc.
