Looking for shift-work or night shift buddies for support

Hey!
I am a Nurse-Midwife that works a very irregular schedule. I work normal day shifts from 8am-5pm and 12 or 24 hour shifts including over-nights. One of my struggles is getting consistent sleep. I honestly laugh every time I see an article about the importance of a regular sleep schedule for health and wellness. I love my job so my irregular sleep isn't going to change anytime soon.
Problem is that when I don't sleep well or am up all night for work I make excuses and eat easy, often not healthy, meals the next day. I am re-starting my commitment to this app due to a steady weight gain in the past few months and stress eating. If any other shift workers or people who work overnights need support I would love more friends and people to chat with about their journey.
Things I am looking into to help my journey: have easy protein based snacks for my long shifts and meal planning for the week so I do not depend on take-out.
