Skinny body fat belly, advice pls

I am a 38 year old woman and have very skinny lower legs and forearms, a size 8 is loose on those parts of my body. But my belly in comparison is fat fat fat, like a size 12 waist. I have a difficult time wearing clothes. Just wondered if anyone had any advice, I can't lose weight because I'm only just in the healthy weight range. Even if I do lose weight it leaves my limbs but never the stomach. Wondering what I can do, and if anyone has any advice re diet/exercise. I usually do weights 3 times a week, and eat balanced diet of all foods. Thank you.

It could be your posture, it could be weak abdominal muscles. Look into improving both by doing some resistance training/ weight lifting.
If you are an apple, I am, you may never get a totally flat, fat free tummy, but you can definately improve it over time.
