Hi everyone I'm new. I am on a strict diet and am trying to work out every day. The diet I am trying is called the 5 bite diet and I use the app called 30 Day Fitness... It gives me exercises to do every day for 30 days. Different challenges as well. I'm just having issues staying motivated. I just ordered a scale which should be here in a week so right now I'm not sure what I weigh so I am basically going off what I weighed last time.

I know I rambled but now you know some about me. Ty you all for reading.
