I've been fasting for a week and I now want to try the one meal a day method of intermitttent fasting. I've been doing the master cleanse as a way to reset my eating habits. It has been surprisingly easy and I've discovered how unnecessary it is to eat food all day. When I simply cut calories I am constantly thinking about food and when my next meal will be.
Now that I've grown accustomed to fasting, I think the OMAD plan would be a breeze. I stress out over meal planning, calorie budgeting and overspending on food; so this is a good way to eliminate all those issues.
I know there is a group for this but it's way too much information to process. I was hoping those who do OMAD could share some tips and information of how this works (or doesn't work) for them.
