Hot sauce. I have over 50 different bottles. Mustard is also low calorie.7
-
Sriracha or GTFO4
-
Yeah.. I have been putting hot sauce on everything! What is Sriracha? *ducks*0

It's an Asian style hot sauce. Check that out and Scotch Bonnet sauce if you can find it.0 -

I used to be a mayo girl, but now I use spicy brown mustard. Only like 5 calories per teaspoon. When I do use mayo I love the Dukes Light Mayo w/ Olive Oil. It's like half the calories and fat of regular.

I really hate spicy and mustard (all of the flavors). I am Puerto Rican and I used Adobo on almost everything. But, it's high in sodium. What other alternatives are there? I heard Mrs. Dash is really good and low to no sodium.3

I use the Sazon packets without the added salt.1 -
Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and different types of vinegar. I add vinegar to sooo much.1
-
Hot sauce, mustard, balsamic vinegar, Stubb's Anytime Sauces (love the green chili and sweet black pepper). Not a condiment but I really love Chipotle pepper - I add that to so many things.1
-
There's a spice company called Penzey's and in addition to all the normal spices and herbs, they have all different kinds of amazing flavor combos to shake all over your food. Many don't even have salt and they're still amazing.2

Adobo has a low sodium version out there. It has a light blue top.3 -
The bbq sause is amazing and it's only 10 cals per TWO tablespoons and the ketchup is 5 or 10 cals per single tablespoon ( I dont' really use the ketchup a lot I more bought that for my kids' eggs lol)
You're welcome

Did I write this? lol
I have the same problem, I drown everything in some kind of condiment and it's been one of the hardest habits to break. I've also started using mustard a lot more, but of course, that doesn't work for everything. It's not the best option, but sometimes I'll use a no/low fat dressing instead. With certain things I know I'm going to want a particular condiment and that a substitute isn't going to cut it and then I just try to find a way to make it fit.0 -
I love Frank's Red Hot. It's like Tabasco without the vinegar-y kick.1
-
I also use the Frank's Slammin Sriracha, it's pretty decent, goes on a little thicker and you don't need much0
-
Frank's Red Hot, I go through a bottle a week
Mustards - all of them
Pickles and relishes, anything tasty and low calorie, slather it on
Worcestershire Sauce;
Tabasco steak sauce - omg
Sriracha1 -

I'm gonna have to order this online... as well as Chef Barbell's sazon with no salt. Never seen either of them but again never looked till now! You guys rock!!1 -
Hellmanns Dijonnaise is awesome if you can find it. 0 cal. It's disappeared locally so I have to order it online.0
-
I eat salsa on almost everything.... But I like my condiments too. I'm trying to cut back a little at a time.0

Mayo, mayo, mayo. It will be my demise.
We cant help but make a sandwich smothered with mayo.
Even use to like using mayo instead of ketchup for french fries.
Weird, i know. but the SO and I LOVE mayo.
Miracle Whip is the enemy.2 -
Hot sauce, BBQ sauce, more hot sauce, hummous, mayo, worcestershire sauce, yet more hot sauce, balsamic vinegar... I love me some condiments. And a mahoosive sprinkle of nutritional yeast over everything as well.
I still eat 'em tbh, I just measure and these days I'm more likely to mix in some mayo with my hot sauce than have it on its own, since I get more saucy bang for my calorie buck that way. But like, you can take my mayo FROM MY COLD DEAD HANDS. (Or just bury me with it. I'd be cool with that.)2 -
I'm still a mayo monster too--BUT--The Kraft olive oil and garlic or Avacado mayo's are pretty good!1
-
Cholula hot sauce- zero calories, delicious.1

Mayo, mayo, mayo. It will be my demise.

Mayo on chips (I mean, fries..) is a massive thing 'round here. Especially garlic mayo. Smothered in cheese that melts in with the fries and the garlicky mayo and... oh gawd, the calories in it would make you weep but it's garlicky cheesy heaven in a takeout box

I'm drooling uncontrollably now.1
