Weight loss help

Hi everyone,
I'm just getting started and I was hoping people could give me some tips. Right now I'm looking to lose about 15 pounds so that I feel more comfortable with myself. I'm around 5'3 and I weight 135 pounds. I've been sticking to 1300 calories per day and working out about 3 days a week. Just wondering if I'm on the right track or if I'm not doing enough? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Overall, it sounds like you're on the right track! Did you choose half a pound a week when you were making your mfp settings? A pound a week may be too much for someone your size, with so little to lose. The most important thing is how you feel and if you're seeing results (after giving a few weeks for your body to adjust!). Best of luck to you!2
