Loosing weight, but I feel like I'm eating too much!

I've been struggling for a while, I've always been a little underweight but I keep loosing weight and when I try to adjust how I eat so I'm eating healthier and more, I still loose weight.

It's just frustrating because whatever I log I always end up wayyyyyy over what i'm budgeted for sugar and carbs, but i'm still way under for calories.

What should I do?
