How to I count my calories burned?? Is there an app for that??

You can plug in your exercise to MFP (the link is right after the 'Food' on the top bar). I generally eat back half my burned calories and keep the rest as a safety net in case I guesstimated something wrong (either the intensity of the exercise or my food).0
