I a big lad, standing at 6'4" tall. Unfortunately I have arthritis in both my knees and am on my last replacement hip joint. This means that any high impact exercising is out of the question. I do, however, own a kayak and will be making as many fishing trips as the weather and time will allow.
This is the start of a life style change that is long overdue.
I weighed in last night and was very pleasantly surprised to find my weight at 22st 11lbs. Now that is certainly not a healthy weight but it is at least 2st lighter than I thought I was!
I have taken my measurements and am intending to weigh and measure every Monday night.
Now the hard work begins!
