As long as I can remember, I have never had an appetite or felt hungry.
I do feel full after eating enough, I just never get the internal signal calling me to eat. I have no craving for snacks.
It's never been much of a a problem for me as I "remember" to eat (if it's after midday and I have not had lunch, then get something, etc...). I eat till finished or I fell I have had enough. If I forget to eat, I eventually feel weak and lack concentration.
Could this end up being a problem in losing weight or maintaining a healthy body after I reach a goal weight/size? (If I have lower reserves, eating regularly should become more critical and is easier if driven even slightly by hunger).

If you are overweight, this would pose no problem.0
