Suggestions 4 Home Weight Bench for Beginner

Hi Everyone!
I'm just getting started on lifting again (last time I used weights was in highschool...yikes)
Anywho, I'm debating on getting something to have at the house to remain consistent and find the idea to be cheaper (For my budget) then a gym membership. I've been looking at the Gold's Gym XRS20 bench and rack combo.
Is this a good beginner's setup?
Is there a different set you would recommend that can be had for <$200? It does not have to include the weights as I intend on putting more of my budget towards a good bar and weight set.
Thank you all in advance for any and all feedback!

That's a good start set. Start with reps 10-15 focus on good form to help your body get back0
