Starting Over.

Hello everyone, I lost around 40lbs last year and then went a bit off track. I've regained about 8lbs in the last few months due to personal problems. I was diagnosed with bipolar, and although it's relatively mild, the medication and the diagnosis took a toll on me and it took me a little while to accept that I need to get back on track more than ever before.
This time, I want to lose (11.5kg) 25lbs to go down to 132lbs (60kg). But I welcome people with different goals as well, as I am planning to stay on this beyond the weight loss.
I am looking for supportive friends, people who want to motivate me and be motivated by me. Good luck to everyone in their journeys and hoping to talk to you soon xx
