So i recently lost 2 and a half stone and looking to shift the last 3/4 lbs but im finding it really tough. In 5ft 4 and 127 lbs. Im trying to lean up and reduce body fat so do circuit training three times a week. I just feel like progress is very slow. Anyone any ideas or suggestions? Thanks

Thats not my picture now... I was 167lbs there... I need help... I'm am so addicted to food....I would really like a good diet to follow...
