Sedentary activity level?

Not sure where to put this. I have a very active job unloading trucks for walmart where I am on my feet lifting boxes, pulling freight, for 8 hours a day 5 days a week. I set MFP to active. I was wondering should I set it to Sedentary and get a step tracker and add my steps in for exercise after work everyday? Or does it matter?

You don't have to set it to sedentary with a tracker, as I'm on lightly active and usually get 12-15,000 steps a day during work. All it will do is give you a lower base goal and higher adjustment, but the total calories will be the same. If you do go that route, just make sure you have negative calories enabled for the days you don't move around as much.0
