Hey guys! I have used this app before with not the greatest luck-as it did cause me to lose weight I became so obsessed I was limiting myself to under 500 calories a day. I have recently decided to begin living healthy and have been working out- mostly weightlifting 6 days a week, while eating healthy. I am in the best shape I have ever been but I want to continue to improve! My goal for this summer is to cut fat so my gained muscle becomes more defined, and in the fall I will decide if I want to bulk. Basically, I'm very new to counting macros and still learning! If any of you are counting macros and/or living this sort of fitness lifestyle PLEASE add me! Let's get swoll together
