I am going to to a 30 days to 10000 steps challenge.
Days 1-5 5000
Days 5-10 6000
Days 10-15 7000
Days 15-20 8000
Days 20-25 9000
Days 25-30 10000

I do strength training and other excersise daily but this is just a step challenge. If you have the app I can add you with an email if you're interested.
