Hi -- Let's Encourage One Another!

You read my discussion title right! I am looking for some people who would like to go on this journey with me to eat better. I need the feedback from others daily and what to eat and what not to eat to lose weight. I have been on this journey too long and am doing something wrong, obviously. I have grown much healthier and have lost some inches, but my weight overall has remained the same. I have built a lot of muscle, but I know I can get my weight down at the same time. I do log everything and do not cheat in my logging. I am looking for someone else who is doing the same thing. Let's support one another. Maybe your goal is to run a faster mile, it does not have to be an eating goal. You may be perfect with your eating, but how can I encourage you?

I am a published singer/songwriter, I am also a pastor and professor. I keep quite busy, but I love to have good times. I do go out of town quite often, in my opinion. I have started this journey several years ago, but really gained the commitment necessary about a year and a half ago. I have an Apple Watch and am looking for a few good friends on Apple Watch also. :D
