When I walk it says 16:22/mi. Confused and new to working out.

That's not too bad because I have long legs and can walk a 15 minute mile so nice going.4

To be a picky pants, it's actually your pace, it is an indicator of how fast you are going but is used by runners to ensure they are not speeding up or slowing down. Time/Distance = Pace......Distance/Time = Speed.0
