Backwards and Forwards

Hi, I've been back and forth with MFP over a few years. It's helped me lose, maintain and lose a few times.
I was recently diagnosed with having a significant disability which is still not properly managed and had a baby and would like to focus on healthy eating, weight reduction and combatting a serious sugar addiction.
I'm on week 2 of zero processed sugar, no cake, biscuits, chocolate or sweets in order to try and reset my tastebuds. I'm not looking for earth changing quick fixes, I'd just like to model a healthier relationship with food for my daughter and like to share small victories or challenges and a PMA with like minded people.
