Co worker selling natural energy mix?

Hey guys. Need opinions or information. There is a woman who sells health foods, fitness items, etc at work. She has lately been pushing a natural energy mix called SPARK. She recommends drinking it right before a workout or run. Another woman who is an avid runner swears up and down by it and got me to try a little cup of the fruit punch mix and said she loves it because it gives her a little hop in her step and improves stamina. The woman selling it said it is all natural without all the extra sugar that energy drinks pack in. I was curious to know if anyone has heard of it and has a little more information on it.

I had never heard of it before, but after doing a little searching, I would guess the high caffeine is actually what adds the extra boost.
Scam. Do not need.0 -
It appears to have some decent ingredients, but a good diet, multivitamin and coffee or tea will do the same thing. Actually, coffee and tea have antioxidants, so you'd be better off with those.0
