I was on MFP 2-yrs ago, when I was at my optimal weight, but then went on the road for 2-yrs & gained 24-lbs. I'm in the beginning stages of losing weight & finally being stable, house wise, & able to exercise again... rather difficult to do from a hotel room. Just saying "Hiya" & I'm glad to be on stable terra firma & back again. Cheers!

    So sorry, Jason. Just saw your post. I didn't know how to find it again.

    Traveled coast to coast. I'm settled now for 2-mos in Boca... still getting unpacked, I'm afraid.
