When will I lose?

I need help I have to be down 45 pounds by late June early July and so I started on this app. Anyone have suggestions? I go to the gym almost everyday and I bike

    The fastest most people can safely lose is 2 pounds per week, which would be around 22 pounds by your goal. Losing faster than that could result in hair loss and loss of lean mass (which in turn makes it easier to regain the weight).

    Weight loss comes from calorie intake compared to how many calories your body burns all day. The gym and riding a bike are a good place to start to improve fitness, but calorie counting accuracy is going to be where the weight loss comes from. Invest in a food scale and weigh everything you eat.

    Be in a calorie deficit.. but you aren't losing 45 by June/July. Sorry to bare that news. That's 8 ish weeks. At absolute best you can safely lose 16 but depending on height weight bf it's probably a bit less.

    45 pounds in basically 2 months is going to be tough; probably impossible, unless you're VERY obese. Logging your food accurately and hitting or staying under the calorie goal you're given by MFP when you put your stats in is where you need to start. Have you read the stickies at the top of the message boards?
