I need some motivation/advices/help... anything
I used to be really skinny and then I came to this country 1 year ago and I gain at least 10 pounds. I've been trying to loose them but it seems like nothing works. Exercise is not a problem for me (I love doing it) but the food part gets me really bad, it's like two days I'm great and the other I get like anxious and I eat, like a lot... I hate that and I don't know what else to do.
I need some advices or what can I do to stop eating so bad, it's like I don't even enjoy it. I just eat just because

You are probably still stressed and anxious from the move. I recently went through a similar thing. I moved to a new city all by myself and gained 10 lbs. It felt like I couldn't control it. It takes a lot of strength to be disciplined. Your strength is likely being used to assimilate to your new home. Give yourself time and try to enjoy this phase of your new life. There is more to being awesome than our weight. You will lose it as soon as you are ready. I am feeling back in control and have lost about half the weight 3 years later in case you care ;)

Make yourself track your food, so that you're mindful of what you eat. Put it in your diary before you eat it - that way you've made a conscious decision to eat it and have taken responsibility. If you're active you can afford to eat a fair bit, you just need to make better choices. A little at a time.

What country are you from? How did you eat there? If you compare the food you used to eat to the foods that you're eating now, what things are different? Are the portions larger? Are there ingredients in the food here that you didn't have in the food you ate before you came here? (High fructose corn syrup, instead of real sugar, maybe?) Try to eat more closely to the portion sizes that you ate in your original country, America's portions tend to be huge. And American foods have a lot of additives, at least if you are eating out at fast food places or buying food that comes in a box or can, rather than fresh, so try to read the labels of the foods before you purchase them and be a bit more aware of what ingredients are going into your body.
