I need help losing the last 5 pounds!

Hi all,
I've been on my weight loss journey since the second week in January. Prior to the realization about my poor health, I NEVER weighed myself and I would always look away from the scale whenever I was at the doctor's getting weighed for a check up. It wasn't until a few weeks before Christmas, when I was at the doctor's for an appointment, and she blurted out my weight- 190 pounds (I'm 5'6, so this weight was obviously extremely unhealthy). It took all I had not to burst into tears right that very moment. I went home and did some serious and unhealthy self-loathing for a few weeks. I finally decided to do something about my weight instead of just sitting around moping about it. After TONS of hard work and eating all the right things, I am now down to about 144 pounds. I've been in the 140's since the end of April. I went on a cruise and the end of April and it totally de-railed my weight loss. I got a taste of all the foods I was missing out on, and even though I felt like crap after I ate them, I still craved them. My goal weight is to be in the 130's..even if it's 139.9, I will be satisfied. However, my problem is, I CANNOT get my willpower back to say NO to all of this garbage food. I've been eating like crap lately and I really need some serious advice on how to not binge on junk and finally be able to meet my goal once and for all. Any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated.
