I have been noticing lately that there is a presence in my life that has been working very hard against my reaching my fitness goals. It's downright sabotage. The culprit? MFP.
Time I previously spent getting up and moving about my home, time spent playing outdoors, all are being eaten by my sitting behind a computer terminal reading through forums, and stalking my friends profiles. I sometimes will even be late for my workouts because I am busy here instead. What should I do?

Seriously though. I'm trying to pack up my apartment so I can move in two days but all I can do is creep on MFPers.
At least its fairly guilt-free, as I worked out this morning.0 -

Sounds like you have your nights and days mixed up. You should be moving about your house, playing outdoors and working out AT NIGHT. Daytime is for MFP. You're a grown man - you don't need sleep. Man up!0
