What I find helpful is incorporating a bit of sweet everyday. For breakfast normally I will cook some oatmeal and add two teaspoons of brown sugar or for a snack I'll have some frozen blueberries with yogurt and that seems to satisfy my sweet tooth . On Sunday that is my cheat day so I will have a treat like a big piece of chvolate cake or cheesecake because I like you love my sweets ,it's all about findaing a balance

    Right now I'm all about some Mexican Chocolate Noosa yogurt. Like whaaaaa. <3 Good stuff. Also Halo Top, but only once and a while because that stuff is kind of expensive.

    Yup. I am enthralled with the Chobani Simply 100 "Crunch". So yummy and they have all kinds of flavors to hit whatever my craving is at the time. Yesterday I had Peach Cobbler a la Mode and today have Caramel Pretzel Turtle.
