Hey myfitnesspal community!

Over the last three years, I've lost 45lbs and changed my life by rediscovering my high school athlete within me. By adopting a low carb diet and doing regular HIIT workouts with a trainer, i reduced my body fat from 24% to 11%, and my body weight from 225 at my highest to a current and steady ~175lbs.

With 10 weeks to go until July 4th, I've decided to follow a 30-day keto challenge to get an 8-pack (could have never imagined even saying something like this for most of my life). I'm inviting all of you guys to join me in my journey as i document my food workouts and physical transformation during this next month.

I would love to have a discussion with my fellow community members on best practices, motivation tips and inspiring life stories along the way!
