Bulk cycle almost complete...

... and I'm actually looking forward to being hungry again. lol

I know most people here are all for the single digit body fat % before a bulk and then "bulk LEAN, bulk CLEAN! arrrrgggggh!" but for me I decided to go with a more traditional bulk and cut cycle. I have an extremely hard time gaining weight and a very easy time losing it. I'm happy with the results so far - 5 hours a week in the gym, heavy compound lifts with some isolation at the end. Dedicated leg day and a *kitten* ton of food... Yes, I'm a little fluffy and I'm fine not being able to see my abs. lol

    You've certainly made some gains but I highly highly advise you to cut soon. You're easily 25%+ bodyfat and you'll make more gains if you're lean.

    Yeah I shot up to 235 was thick but I went down to 220 - n feel stronger u do look good do what works for you

    Yup, going to start a slow cut in a couple of weeks. I'll find out if it's as easy as I think. :wink:

    The gym scale on Monday had me at around 215. I have small bones and chicken legs. I'm working on the chicken legs - but can't do anything about my bone structure. I'm 6'1 so I have some wiggle room when it comes to my weight and not looking too fluffy. lol

    The first 20lbs will be easy (if not a bit time consuming) however to get actually lean is not easy.
