When did you adjust your goals?

I've lost 100 lbs with my MFP goal set at 2 lbs/week and still have 75 lbs to go. At what point (how much did you have left to lose) did you dial it back to 1.5 lbs or 1 lb?

I've always gone by the 1% of body weight rule...but I adjusted my goals as per what I was willing to put up with from a deficit standpoint and performance standpoint. I'm currently about 187 and taking off some winter weight...technically I could lose about 1.5-1.8 Lbs per week safely, but I'd be a miserable person to be around (though it would be pretty short term) and my fitness would suffer...so I'm losing at about .5-1 Lb per week currently.

Yeah, I think if you still have it in you to continue at 2 pounds a week, do it. If you are struggling, dial it back.

I stayed at 2 pounds a week calories way longer than I should have and started having issues with my hair and skin, energy levels, fatigue etc. I went up to a higher calorie goal and it was much better. That put me just over one pound loss per week, and I was able to stay at that calorie level until I was within 20 pounds of goal, when I changed calories again.

There is a point of diminishing returns. How do you feel?

Mostly good unless I need a rest day. My body lets me know in no uncertain terms when that's the case.
