Best breakfast cereals??

I'm about to be entering maintenance and I pretty much have a few meals that are my go-tos for breakfast lunch and dinner. While I plan to eat those often, one thing I have missed eating is breakfast cereal. I'd like to add that back, maybe once a week, not sure. I know they're not super healthy, but which ones do people eat that are more nutritious than others? Are there any high in protein? Any that are kinda low carb? Any with a ton of vitamins?
FYI-my favorites are frosted mini wheats and Raisin Bran, so I'll find a way to incorporate those regardless

I like shredded wheat spoon size; no added sugar. Similarly Cheerios, now touted as gluten free.
I eat a lot more cooked cereal, especially large flake oatmeal. But I also enjoy steel cut.
I get my other macros from the stuff I add to my cereals. Like defrosted frozen fruit, peanut butter, and Greek yogurt.
You may make Chia pudding. Chia seeds are higher in protein and fat, but as they are calorific I don't add any more than a tablespoon.
My new fave sweetener is Stevia drops, vanilla flavour.
I can't imagine a low carb breakfast cereal. Maybe dry cat kibble.
Your raisin bran has very good iron numbers.1 -
I enjoy plain bran flakes sprinkled with powdered PB2, or berry kix. Low sugar but still yummy!
If i have room in my macros, I'll often eat special K with strawberries or brown sugar protein special K!

I occasionally eat cereal. I prefer plain Cheerios or Kellogg's Special K Protein Cereal. I think it's Cinnamon Brown Sugar Crunch0

Coco pops or Kellogs krave chocolate hazelnut.1

The special K with bits of chocolate is one of my fav snacks. Just plain out of the box, no milk.
Solves the chocolate craving and is pretty light in the calorie department.1 -
Cereal is by definition made of grains. A low-carb cereal is a contradiction in terms.5

Big fan of Alpen (No Sugar Added) with a little coconut or almond milk

I like "Fruit n Fibre". I switch between that for breakfast and a bacon/egg/mushroom breakfast.0

Raisin Bran and 2% Fair Life milk for me...1

I love Kashi Go Lean and the Kashi dark cocoa shredded wheat with a cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I can have two servings for less than 400 calories0

OMG, what a throwback. I don't think they sell it here in the US anymore. Too bad, I used to really like it.0 -
Original Special K has really good protein numbers, I usually eat it with sliced banana (or berries) for fiber.
Multigrain cheerios are a little sweet & have good fiber numbers.
Many Kashi cereals are high protein and high fiber - Cinnamon Harvest.......yum! Like shredded wheat.1 -

I came in just to say that! Kashi Cinnamon Harvest shredded wheat - with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and some raspberries. So freaking yummy!0 -
Original Cheerios is my go-to breakfast (and snack) all the time. I usually cut up a banana in it. Also, Shredded Wheat (plain, no frosted wheat). I also recently had some cereals from this list that were good.

This is great! Thank you0 -
Try Nature's Path Heritage Flakes. They sell it in big bags at Walmart. Hands down the best tasting flake out there and stays crunchy even standing in milk. All Organic grains - wheat, oat, barley, millet, quinoa - good stuff. 5g fiber, 4g sugar. Throw some blueberries or other fresh fruit on it and it's a great way to start the day.0

I like Grape-Nuts.1

I think there are some plasticky soy flakes that are sold as a low-carb breakfast cereal. Yech.
My suggestions: hot cereals like steel-cut oats or old fashioned oatmeal, shredded wheat (regular or with added bran), ordinary bran flakes (basically like raisin bran, but without as much sugar and obviously, no raisins). In the US, Uncle Sam cereal is a good basic one.

Kashi makes a high protein cereal that my husband really likes. I like honey nut Chex and add Chia seed or flaxseed to it for extra protein.0

Look at labels.
I don't feel full when I eat cereal for breakfast. I have been eating some generic version of plain Cheerios for a snack though.0 -
Eggs and bacon ... my cereal of choice1
-
Oatmeal, multi grain CheeRios and...Cinnamon Life cereal...that's my kryptonite....But, I eat carbs, too.0

Having celiac, I tried the Cheerios because I always loved them. They didn't agree with me. GF oats are iffy that way for us.
My go-to breakfast cereal is a GF version (by Erewhon) of Rice Krispies, which were another childhood favorite.0
