So, I love ice cream. But sometimes I don't feel like accounting for it in my calories, I'd rather have a somewhat healthier version... This recipe comes in handy mostly when I'm bulking since it has a decent amount of carbs, fats & protein. But sometimes when friends are having ice cream I'll treat myself to this little guy. And this version has peanut butter, so why the hell not.

Banana Split:
-1 banana (peeled, duh)-cut in half length wise
-1/2 c vanilla non-fat greek yogurt (To save on sugar/carbs & boost protein you can mix a 1/2 scoop protein powder in with plain non-fat greek yogurt- vanilla & strawberry work well. You can half-way freeze your yogurt for the "ice-cream" feel)
-1 T sugar-free chocolate syrup
-1/8 c sliced almonds (or pecans. whatever nuts you're fond of )
-2 T peanut butter (I use PB2. Yeah, it's peanuts without the healthy oils. I get it.)

Spread the peanut butter in the banana halves and stick back together. Top with yogurt. Pour chocolate syrup over top and sprinkle on the almonds. Pig out and feel like a champ.
