First timer to this app!

I am hoping that this works unlike my index cards that I was writing on before, trying to keep track of what I eat throughout the day. I always seemed to misplace them. :) When I am able to see what I have had to eat, it helps me to say "No" to wanting more. I like to try to keep track of when I exercise too, because I sometimes forget if I had already done it in the morning before I go to work. I look forward to trying this app. and hope I don't lose my phone.
