Help need new food scale

I really need a new food scale.
My current scale autos off too fast. So if I don't write it down fast enough I forget it. Some kind of recall feature would be great or at least an adjustable auto off time.
Any suggestions that meets the criteria? Prefer something I can buy on Amazon but open to others. THANKS

I have an Oxo I like. It only goes to 5lbs I think, but it does have an adjustable display so I can easily see measurements when I use a plate. It seems to eat batteries, but that's more a sign that it is well used.

My first scale, of which I was very pleased until I started using it, eventually went stupid and started barely functioning and I replaced it with a cheap Wal-Mart scale under the store brand which is better in every way.
It doesn't auto-off too quickly. It doesn't consume batteries voraciously. It doesn't do anything other than what it's supposed to do. All the Wal-Mart branded scales are cheap. This one has the bamboo surface. It uses cheap batteries, and I haven't had to replace the batteries yet even though I've been using it daily for 5 months.
