Hi everyone, am new and joined last night. I have a lot to lose. I am in my 60's, can't do a lot of excercise but have bought one of those feet twisters to help with waist etc. I also walk to and from work, although it's only 15 mins away, but better then nothing. I also try and get in the garden when it's nice.
I have diabetes type 2 so really need to lose this weight. I have been big since my late teens, have lost a lot of weight a couple of times in my life but it has always returned, through my own fault, I admit.
Now it's time to do it once and for all, I'm sick of it and want to enjoy my holiday in October, I realise it won't all be gone by then, but some loss would make me feel better.
So, I will be looking for support, tips and advice to help me along. I am now going to have a look around as not had a chance to till now.
