I've been on my diet for two weeks now and I've been excerising every day except Sundays. I started off at 222 lbs and I'm currently at 211. I've been counting calories with another application and just recently found out about MyFitnessPal! I wish everyone the best of luck on reaching their goal! I'll be more than happy to have some more friends to share my journey and witness their journey as well!
