I'm from the UK. Lost about 2 stone then my food discipline slipped as did my exercise what do you know I've put some of it back on. When I lost the weight I was eating 5 times a day exercising regularly. Bit worried as I think I now have sleep apnea. I'm not massively overweight about 16 -17 stone. I really need to get back to about 14-15 stone as I hope that will help with apnea. Probably but more of an intro than what was wanted but the apnea thing has me a little concerned.
