Losing weight and toning

If I am eating 1300 calories, so I'm in a deficit, will my body still tone if im hitting my macros?

    When I start lifting my body will tone even eating that few calories?- I guess that's what I meant to ask

    I eat around 1400 calories a day, lift heavy and am very toned. So yes, be consistent with your training & you'll see results.
