So I am currently at 1200 calories consuming 30% c 30% f 40% p as an endomorph.
My main concern is that that puts me at 90 g of carbs a lot of the trainers I watch don't want you to go 100 g of protein and then there's overdoing deficit and some people think I'm not eating enough calories in general...???
I don't want my body to plateau a month in. I need help.

At 1200 calories what kind of deficit are you running? Cutting too fast will make you plateau so you want to try to cut calories slowly (2-3% each week). We all want the fast weight loss (including me) and I've done the extreme cutting probably 5-6 times in the last 10 years and everytime the weight comes back, the last 2 years I focused on losing weight slowly and have lost about 40lbs and have kept it off.
