The power of meal prepping!

I've had a few days over the past two years where both my mental health and my willpower/impulse control have plummeted. It happens and it will likely always happen.

I've had fairly terrible dinners, and a couple extra desserts, even days where I couldn't even remember to track. And I haven't even gained water weight!

I'd like to thank the two hours I take on Sundays to meal prep my breakfast and lunches for the work week. I'm not tempted to eat from the cafeteria or go out for either because my food is ready to be warmed up, and I don't have to think about nutrition. I have my snacks already decided -- filling up my lunchbox takes 2 minute in the morning.

So yes, my dinners haven't been great. But thanks to my meal prep, I can minimize the damage and generally stay within maintenance. I'd rather stall on weight loss to be able to focus on myself to get my mental stuff back in order.
