When I started all of this in 2015 I was 167lbs.. 1 pound into the 'overweight' BMI range for my height. I had put on 23 pounds since getting into a relationship (my s/o had put on 50! He's since lost that weight AND more, and I'm very proud of him!)

My first thought was 'oh h*ll no!' and I started counting calories and hitting the gym. Super restricted meal plan (1200cal), working out every day, got down to 153.. felt pretty good. That was mid 2016. Dropped down to 147 when I went on some new ADHD medication this past fall. Then I started bringing bags of candy to work and.. well.. I out-ate the metabolism boost and appetite decrease that come along with the meds. Oops. Back up to 151.

My ultimate goal weight is 130-135, maintaining in that range, unless I seriously start working out at which point I think I'd be decently toned at 140-145, but first I want to cut all the fat. I retain water like crazy! I even look at a carb or added salt during the day and my weight goes up 2lb! lol!

Started monday and I'm down to 149 (I think it's a combo of water weight, calorie counting, and my meds that caused that big of a drop). But I've still got 14-19lbs to go and I'd like to have friends who are on a similar journey in particular, but I won't deny anyone :smile: I'm here to support everyone!
