When I broke up with WW in November although I did not rule out coming back however after a 6 month separation I did test drive a meeting yesterday and I have to admit I enjoyed it. The leader was upbeat and funny. Moreover the attendees were friendly. I've been to some that were cold as ice. I try to eat clean so I tune out the suggestions of snacks and even some recipes that don't fit with my goals. My previous meeting was very friendly and nice but I swear the last time I went back most of the people looked fatter and the others were struggling to reach ridiculously low goals. You can't be too rich but you can be too thin. I would appreciate any feed back and feel free to friend

Did WW help you Achieve your goals? Why did you stop? How successful have you been using MFP? For me, these would be important factors to consider.
As you point out, it depends on the specific group & the specific attendees. It seems that you enjoy the social aspect of WW, so go for it.0
